Candida Diet Guidelines
The first step in returning your population to normal & restoring the immune system is to stop feeding the yeasts!
RECOMMENDED FOODS
All forms of Fowl: Chicken/Turkey/Eggs (Preferrably without Hormones or Antibiotics)
A Little Meat: Fresh Beef (No Pork Products)
Deep Sea Fish: Salmon
Vegetables
Greens
Root Vegetables
Legumes
Grains: Short Grain Brown Rice/Quinoa/Buckwheat/Millet/Amaranth/Teff
Bread: Julian Bread Company: Yeast Free, Sweat Free, and Wheat Free Breads...(Available at Whole Foods and Jimbo’s)
Pure filtered water
Oils: Olive oil/Butter/Sesame oil/Almond oil
Raw Almonds & Unsweetened Almond Milk
Herbal Teas
FOODS TO AVOID
Sugar in All forms, including Honey and Molasses
Dairy Products, Except Butter
Smoked and/or Processed Meats
Processed and Packaged Foods
White Flour Products, Including White Rice
Seeds and Nuts, Except Almonds
Yeast and Mold Containing Foods: Bread, Mushrooms, Wine, Beer, Cheese, Cantaloupe, etc...
Vinegar: Sauerkraut/Salad Dressings/Mayonnaise, etc...
Condiments: Tomato Sauce, Sweet Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, Mustard, etc...
Alcohol, Coffee, Black Teas
Food Additives, including Citric Acid
Fruit Juices and Fruit (One piece a day except Bananas, Grapes, Dates, Cantaloupe.)
Dried Fruit
BE SURE TO READ LABELS.
