The first step in returning your population to normal & restoring the immune system is to stop feeding the yeasts!
 
RECOMMENDED FOODS
Ÿ All forms of Fowl: Chicken/Turkey/Eggs (Preferrably without Hormones or Antibiotics)
Ÿ A Little Meat: Fresh Beef (No Pork Products)
Ÿ Deep Sea Fish: Salmon
Ÿ Vegetables
Ÿ Greens
Ÿ Root Vegetables
Ÿ Legumes
Ÿ Grains: Short Grain Brown Rice/Quinoa/Buckwheat/Millet/Amaranth/Teff
Ÿ Bread: Julian Bread Company: Yeast Free, Sweat Free, and Wheat Free Breads...(Available at Whole Foods and Jimbo’s)
Ÿ Pure filtered water
Ÿ Oils: Olive oil/Butter/Sesame oil/Almond oil
Ÿ Raw Almonds & Unsweetened Almond Milk
Ÿ Herbal Teas
 
FOODS TO AVOID
Ÿ Sugar in All forms, including Honey and Molasses
Ÿ Dairy Products, Except Butter
Ÿ Smoked and/or Processed Meats
Ÿ Processed and Packaged Foods
Ÿ White Flour Products, Including White Rice
Ÿ Seeds and Nuts, Except Almonds
Ÿ Yeast and Mold Containing Foods: Bread, Mushrooms, Wine, Beer, Cheese, Cantaloupe, etc... 
Ÿ Vinegar: Sauerkraut/Salad Dressings/Mayonnaise, etc...
Ÿ Condiments: Tomato Sauce, Sweet Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, Mustard, etc...
Ÿ Alcohol, Coffee, Black Teas
Ÿ Food Additives, including Citric Acid
Ÿ Fruit Juices and Fruit (One piece a day except Bananas, Grapes, Dates, Cantaloupe.)
Ÿ Dried Fruit
