Need some assistance please! :)

Alright, I feel like I am in pre school again. Does anyone know any good techniques on how to activate the chakras, preferrably the crown and the heart? I know I know, any good lightworker should know this right? But alas I must do my home work on this and study up, I have been guided to work on these chakras. Getting all technical arn't we? Feeling sheepish yes I am. Anyone know of any strong techniques? Thank you much loves, blessings!
