Peculiar and unusuall clouds over the USA at night

Greetings.
I was wondering if I am the only one who noticed Wednesday evening around 11 pm Eastern some very strange clouds.
I was having a look at the Weather channel radar screen to see if the cloud cover was about to clear to see the stars when I noticed a circular cloud over Buffalo of about 100 miles in diameter. Almost perfectly circular and slowly rotating like a small hurricane. So I clicked on the North America button and there was around 30 of those circular clouds over Eastern and South Eastern USA.

Wheather channel, Canadian, French. Not a picture of those funny clouds.

My question to you is : Did you notice that ?

What could be those clouds ?

My opinion is : Maybe something natural I am not familiar with ( but I don t think so )
Maybe Air Elementals cleaning up the sky of chemtrails residues
Maybe GF starships cloaked as clouds.
Maybe a new trick from the dark from a satellite.

Anyway, let s keep an eye on the weather radar map at night to see if there is anymore of these.
