I AM - Thoughts for Meditation

When I first learned to Allow my own direct connection to I AM I AM Consciously, this meditation was the first communication that came through. I put it on tape and listened to it hundreds, maybe thousands of times. It was probably the single most effective tool in training myself in the process of Conscious Allowing. (If the term 'God' is problematic for you in any way, please substitute... Goddess, Source, All That Is, Great Spirit, the Force.... whatever works best for you). Hope some may find it useful, as I did.

I AM -- THOUGHTS FOR MEDITATION

I am a spiritual being. I have always been a spiritual being. I will always be a spiritual being.

I am one with God and with all of creation. I have always been one with God and with all of creation. I will always be one with God and with all of creation.

I am a child of the universe, and I am the universe itself. I have always been a child of the universe, and I have always been the universe itself. I will always be a child of the universe, and I will always be the universe itself.

I open the doors from my conscious side, to allow God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy to flow through my entire being. God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy always flow through my being and always flow through all of creation. God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy have always flowed through my being and through all of creation, and will always flow through my being and through all of creation.

Now, in this present moment, and for always, I choose to open my conscious side, my left side, my willful side, and I choose to allow God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy to flow freely and completely through my entire being, through all aspects of my being. I choose to allow God to be God, through me and in me and all around me, completely and always.

I choose to surrender my left side, my willful side, my conscious side, completely to God, to God's will, to God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy. I choose to allow God to be whatever God truly wants to be, through me and in me and around me.

I choose to allow God to love me completely. I choose to allow God to love the world through me, in whatever way that God truly wants to love the world through me.

I choose to be God's instrument. I choose to be an instrument of God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy. I choose to be an instrument of God's Peace. As Francis of Assisi chose to allow, I choose to allow: I ask God directly, please help me to open and to allow, so that I may truly become an instrument of your Peace.

Where there is hatred, let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon. Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is sadness, joy. Where there is darkness, light. Where there is despair, hope. Lord God, let me not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive. It is in loving that we are loved. It is in dying to ourselves, in surrendering our willful side, freely and completely, that we are born to eternal life with you.

I allow. In this present moment, and always, I allow. I choose to allow consciously. I choose to allow the flow of the God-Presence in my right mind into the left side of my mind and my being. I freely choose to surrender completely to God's will. I freely choose to allow God to love the world through me, completely.

I freely choose to allow God to completely direct my every waking moment. I freely choose to allow God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy to completely take over my willful side. I freely choose to allow God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy to fill me to overflowing, and I ask God to help me to open and to allow that filling.

I choose to allow whatever God wants -- of me, for me, from me, in me and through me. I choose to allow, in this present moment and in every present moment. I choose to allow God to cause me to become one with God and with all of creation. I choose to allow God to cause me to become unlimited and unconditional love, in this present moment and in every present moment.

I choose freely and with all of my will, to allow God to radiate through me to the rest of the world. I choose freely to open myself completely to God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy, and I choose freely to allow completely the flow of God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy in and through me, now and always.

I am one with God and with all of creation. I am one with Love. Letting God direct and control my willful side and my will itself, I am one with God and with all of creation. I allow. I open to God, and I allow, whatever God wants.

I am an instrument of God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy. I choose to surrender myself completely to God. I choose to allow God to use my being for God's purposes. I choose to allow God to love the world through me. I choose freely to open to God and to allow whatever God wants. I am one with God and with all of creation.

I am whole, only when I open completely to God and when I allow God completely to take over my being. I am whole when I am truly God's instrument. I am whole when I allow God to love the world through me. I am whole when I surrender completely to God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy. I am whole when I truly allow God to be God through and in and around me. I am whole when I allow God to direct and control my every present moment. I am whole when I am one with God and with all of creation. I am whole when God uses me completely for God's purposes. I am whole when God loves the world through me with God's Love. I am whole when God lights the world through me with God's Light. I am whole when God energizes the world through me with God's Energy. I am whole when I allow.

I trust God. I trust God completely. I choose to trust God in this present moment and in all present moments. I choose to trust God in every way, every day, in every present moment. I choose to trust God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy. I choose to trust God's Purpose. I trust God's Purpose for me and for all of creation. I trust God's Purpose for every present moment.

I trust God's ways of helping me to learn what God wants me to learn. I trust God's ways of helping me to unlearn what God wants me to unlearn. I trust God's Plan for me and for all of creation. I trust God's Plan for every present moment. I trust God completely. I trust that God will help me to learn to open more and more completely to God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy. I trust that God will help me to learn to allow the flow of God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy more and more completely in and through my entire being.

I trust that God will help me through God's many Agents, if I ask God to protect me and to help me and to guide me on this path that I choose, this path of learning to open to God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy, this path of learning to completely allow what God wants in all ways. I trust that God will protect me and help me and guide me. I trust that God will teach me what God wants me to learn, through the highest levels of God's Agents that God wants me to reach, in any given present moment. I trust God's Agents.

I trust my own Higher Self. I trust my own Highest Self, who is one with God and with all of creation. I trust the Guides that God has assigned to help me and to teach me and to direct my movement along this path that I freely choose. I trust that my Higher Self and my Guides are acting only in concert with God's Will, with God's Plan for me and for the world and for all of creation.

I trust that God will always help me to move forward along this path, even when I stumble. I trust that God will help me to see the errors I may make along the way, and that God and God's Agents will help me to learn from my mistakes, that I may learn from all my experience, so that all my experience, however good or bad it may seem to me at any given moment, will lead me toward that oneness with God and with all of creation. I open to God's guidance.

I open to God's Light, God's Love and God's Energy. I choose to open to God's Will. I choose to allow whatever God wants -- of me, for me, in me, and through me. I choose to allow the flow, through my entire being, of whatever God wants. I choose to surrender my will to God's Will, in this present moment and always. I choose to allow God to be God, in me and through me. I open to God, and I allow, what God wants, now.
