Experiencing You.

I am alone. It is 12 am as I begin to lay down on to my back on the soft blanket.I am on the bow of the boat and I hear the splashing of the gentle waves against the side of it. I start to take a few deep breaths to reconnect with myself- Outer and Inner self. As I do this the cool breeze softly brushes across my skin. I begin to get goosebumps. The wind carries the songs of wildlife near by-- crickets, frogs and two loons calling to each other. What a beautiful combination! I can hear people laughing and having a good time in the forest on the Island. I can smell the wood from their fire and I can hear the crackling. It all brings back many memories from camping as a child. Memories that bring a smile to my face and make me laugh with all the funny times that were involved. I begin to feel very grateful to have experienced those times.

Although what I am hearing and feeling is just wonderful- What is truly magnificent is what I am seeing. When I look straight above I see the Milky Way and the countless stars shining so brightly. The Milky Way is so clear it is as if someone had just poured milk in the night sky above me. It stretches as far as I can see. I now begin to see the stars that keep popping out. They are all twinkling and so bright! I see two shooting stars and make my wishes :) It is as if more and more are popping out by the minute to shine brighter than ever. It goes on forever-- Endless. What I see begins to remind me of You- Of your endless love, your forever shining light, your infinite existence. I see the magic and the beauty you share with us all. The twinkling of the stars is your joy. The light of the stars is like your light. It is unconditional and you shine for everyone no matter who they are. Your love is endless, like my love for you. Just like the Universe. In this moment I realize I am not alone anymore as I feel you with me and see you with me- In the wind against my skin and in the starry night sky above me. I haven't just experienced a perfect night sky- I have experienced you. You are it. You are everything- Infinite and divine.
