What is wrong with people?

Okay, so yesterday I was preparing my Conscious Kindness Movement stuff to launch at Earthdance, so I was calling printers and asking them to donate the copying I needed done. I called a lady here in my county. She was very nice and then she asked where the launch was taking place. I told her it was in Laytonville, which is in another county. She got really nasty and told me that she keeps her money in our county and hung up. I was ferclempt(sp?)lol. I was so hurt I started to cry. I couldn't believe that she was so rude. After a few minutes I decided that I was going to give her a piece of my mind (Ego, I know). So, I called her back and explained that Conscious Kindness was a global movement and that I thought she was really rude. She said that had I told her it was in our county she would have said yes. I was so mad. She just didn't get it. I told her it didn't matter where it was and that her rudeness was uncalled for, I said thank you & hung up. All week I have been dealing with people and their crap and greed and I had finally had enough. I ended up paying for the printing myself (at another printer)but I plan to drop off a Conscious Kindness letter & instructions for her at her shop. Just so she might start to understand that we are all in this thing called life together. Anyway I seriously digressed yesterday, but I just don't have the patience for ignorance anymore. I can't handle all the greed and rudeness and racism, etc . . . It felt pretty damn good to tell her what I thought and I even did it in a consciously kind way (I hope). Anyway, if you are reading this and going to Earthdance this weekend let me know and we can meet up. It's in Laytonville, Calif. I have 100 letters to pass out so if you want to get involved that would be great too. If not, we can just Dance!
