"Those of you who have followed Archangel Michael’s teachings over the years have learned the importance of breathing. The life force energy that enters our body with each breath not only detoxifies and revitalizes our physical bodies, but also increases our vibrational frequencies. Conscious breathing techniques, such as the Infinity Breath/Still Point Meditation, can also accelerate the ascension process bringing us into closer alignment with our I AM Presence. While few would disagree with the importance of deep and regular breathing, I find that many Lightworkers still avoid filling their lungs, allowing just enough air into the upper part of their lungs to maintain life. Shallow breathing not only robs our bodies of life-giving energy and keeps us ungrounded, but also deactivates the feeling body. In my experience with clients, I’ve learned that past life memories of traumatizing practices in religious orders of having been beaten and whipped to subdue the carnal nature for the sake of salvation, have left deep emotional scars and a loathing of the physical body (anorexia) that these clients carried over into this incarnation to permanently release. However, by neutralizing their ability to feel painful emotions through shallow breathing, they have also disconnected themselves from all of their emotions. To continue on the path of ascension, all 4 bodies must be healed and balanced. Our spiritualized emotional body is fully engaged when we feel our connection with our I AM Presence."
