A strive to invoke in people the believe, that can do whatever they set their intention to do: the power of thought.
Yoga as popularly perceived is a set of postures combined with breathing techniques. This hatha yoga comes under asana (postures) and pranayama (life breath control) of Raja/Ashtanga Yoga.
The four main line approaches of Yoga are:
1. Gyan (knowledge) Yoga
2. Bhakti (devotional) Yoga
3. Karma (work) Yoga
4. Raja/Ashtanga (illuminating/eight part) Yoga.
All other popular disciplines, such as mantra yoga, laya yoga, kundalini yoga, chakra yoga, swara yoga, kriya yoga, and the numerous personalized variations have come about from the four main line approaches only.

Using foods which increase the elements which are less and reducing foods which can increase the elements in excess. An individualized diet guide based on the person’s body constitution modified in varying seasons and climates.
2. Ayurvedic practices of oiling the body with regard to the varying seasons and individual body constitutions helps a person effectively combat the heat in summers and cold in winters as also the dryness, aches and pains of the body.
3. The yogis believe that there are 72’000 energy channels in the body. They get blocked because of physical, mental and emotional indigestion. Yogic postures and breathing techniques which are customized to an individual, can free the blocked energy channels. The prakruti and ritu based food can correct the physical indigestion and prevent it, the mental and emotional indigestion by love yoga.
