We Are One!

I have noticed in the last few years, especially, that no matter how many sorrows or happiness we feel because of life's challenges, that we are all one!  When I take the time to sit and just not think, but just feel the immense nature inside of me be one with nature around me, that all of a sudden this blissful and incredible peace flows in me.  THAT is where we are all one, one huge energy that helps create this life of ascention growth and development. 

I look at my Mini-Pinscher not more than four pounds, looking out into the world as if she was the Queen of the world, and protecting her territory like there is no tomorrow, and she helps me "get it!"  You see, we are never tomorrow, or yesterday.  We are only always NOW!  We learn every second of our lives, many times unconsciously, and often consciously.  We bring this knowledge to each of our lives and hopefully we share this with others, as we are really all one!  We bring this knowledge in the NOW!

As I watch her (I call her "Baby") running and playing, or sit there silent as if she is pondering, I see in her how much she is in touch with just being in the now.  SHe savours beautiful nature as my son and I do...

Watching her, listening to the wind, looking at the trees move in the breeze, hear the birds chirping, the stillness of the moments ....as I do every day of my life... Wow!  All of this ... all of us... is one huge amazing and glorifying energy and we are all only a breath away from each other because if we look down to our planet from the sky, it is one huge ball of beauty.  We are all a significant part of what keeps this Universe living.  

When I look up at the sky at night and see the beautiful stars, the moon, the darkness of space.... I am so thankful to be part of this beautiful and immense energy that seeps within all of us.  All of a sudden yesterday or tomorrow does not matter.  I love to savour each moment...I treat nature as I would a person...with utmost respect and with love.  I don't see my dog as others see her...I don't see the "dog", I see the soul behind that little body, with immense energy.  My son sees her the same way as I do. 

When we let ourselves be quiet in the mind and just be, feel, that music that goes on inside of us is the most important and loving moment of time.  There is nothing like it...

I know a person who is in such pain, and I know it is not always easy to lose the pain to replace it with peace.  She is going through a sacred journey as we all are, but with difficulty because the issues seem to be so difficult to bare.  And I know that by sending her light from our inner source, which is the same from each of us ... to focus it all in the particular space in time where she is feeling such pain, it will help to open her door to the light more easily and not for just a brief moment.  I would like so much to take her pain away...and that is why I am seeking this light from a bigger source.  A small candle in the night lights up a lot of darkness, but a million lights in the dark is brighter and gives more warmth and peace ... 

As we are all one with this beautiful light inside of us, by letting it shine all together we can light up so much more than just a tiny bit at a time.
