Souls InterTWINed

Earlier this spring Espen and I met on this site. From the moment I first saw his face I felt an instant connection to him like nothing I have ever felt with anyone before. He recently came across the world from Norway to Oregon to spend time together. Amazing timeless, floating moments! I have wanted to write much about our experience reconnecting, but the words always seem to fall short of the energy. I wrote a poem, (well sort of) about our meeting. I wanted to share it with all of you at this place the two of us met! I hope you can feel the energy and peace surrounding the words. And of course he read it first and approves the posting of it! :o)

Looking in your eyes…
I see we’ve always been together…
Linked intrinsically.

Inside your eyes I see, the Universe unfolding…
Meaning and understanding, One Love merging and enfolding…
Seeing like I’ve never seen before.

Standing here before me…
You mirror me so clearly…
I see it’s myself I really stand before.

Our Hearts and hands are joined together…
Inseparably connected…

Your face in dreams I’ve seen so many times…
Yet only I’d awaken, left with the inner knowing…
Of the feeling of your face, your hair, your Divine Presence.

Across crowded rooms my gaze would often fall…
Seeking that instant recognition from your own…
An electricity, undeniable—unalterable, running through our very cores…

Though I never would have guessed…
What would happen next...
In the vast Ocean called cyberspace.

The first time my eyes met yours…
Was through your picture, smiling…
I knew you—instantly.

Your sweet energy came flowing to me…
Swiftly coming through me…
Joy, exquisite, like I had never known.
