hands (with an update)

I have been playing with energies in my hands the past few days.

There is something new about the energy that I'm playing with, and I'm not surprised, but I am excited! It used to be that I could subtly feel my own energy on my arm using my hand (about 1/2 inch away I would feel the energy repel my hand when it rested above my arm). Yesterday the energy felt like it was at least 3 1/2 inches above my arm, I was in a relaxed state and was meditating.

I also kept getting hot yesterday, and even this morning. It's a cool day outside, so I attribute the heat my body is feeling to an energy surge. Anyone else noticing this? It's like a heat wave under my skin that causes me to almost break a sweat, lasts for about 5 minutes and then subsides. Any ideas?

**Update
I was meditating in the tub tonight and had quite an experience! I was letting go of my thoughts and just BEing and my vision started to shift. I started to see my legs as somewhat transparent with waves of color (yellow and a pinkish orange) moving through my body. My peripheral vision became darker as I focused on these waves of color and light and I could feel my body vibrating from the inside out. When I closed my eyes they twitched without my intending them to and I started to see a spectacular transparent violet color that I had never seen before. The violet seemed to have depth and space to it, like a far away galaxy or atmosphere. I am in awe, yet very relaxed this evening. These are new experiences for me and I hope you enjoy reading about them.
