Mother Mary Comes To Me

This happened about six or seven years ago.
One morning, as I was lying in bed...between sleep and waking...I had an experience that I have never forgotten. Usually my visions with guides and such are male figures. It's not that I ever doubted the existence of female guidance, I just never really connected, or thought about it.

My spiritual guidance often comes at that time in the morning,just at dawn. I know that it is because I am relaxed and peaceful and open. Anyway, my eyelids were half open, and I was looking towards the foot of my bed. I realized that I could not move, and at the same time I became aware of a figure at the foot of my bed. My first reaction was fear, but a calm feeling came over me, and I understood that there was nothing to fear. It was a woman. She appeared to be floating, but her image was very clear. She wore long flowing robes and a flowing veil. She was a vision of pure and beautiful light. She was radiating a soft blue light. It was just amazing because it was as though the wind was gently blowing. She moved to my side and she spoke to me. I remember feeling exhilarated, and peaceful...almost relieved, as though I had been so tired for so long. She said "My child, if you could have anything, what would it be?". I was surprised at my quickness to respond. I immediately answered "Peace. Peace."
She smiled. I felt amazing because she conveyed to me, without words, that whatever I wished for... would be granted. So it is.

These are indeed great words of wisdom. Gosh I love The Beatles :D
