Confused

I have been out of work for some time since resigning from my last position due to extremely bad practise, among the senior management team, in which I did not wish to become involved.
I recently went for an interview for a coach driving position and have been offered the job, to start in 3 weeks time. I have now been approached for an interview as a manager of a team working with adults with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, which I have done previously.
Although the management job pays 3 times as much as the other, I do not wish to cut my options and turn down the driving job until I have been interviewed and accepted for the other one.
Is there anyone out there who can 'forsee' my future and help me decide?
