Embracing Your Butterfly Essence

MANIFESTING A CHANGE in our lives starts with an intention and moves
beyond to actually experiencing the emotion of what the change would
feel like. Just give yourselves a breath in and begin to feel that
change as we begin to embark on a heart-centered guided visualization,
which brings you to a beautiful place of safety and love. In this
space, we will allow our true butterfly essence to emerge into new
beautiful and exciting territory.

Change is a constant as we move through our journey. As we break out
of our cocoons, we realize our initial fears and realize we have been
gifted with beautiful wings. As we fly above our initial fears, we
realize we can soar on the wings of love. So again, give yourself a
breath. Hopefully by now you have found a beautiful serene place with
no distractions and you are in a comfortable position, ready to
receive. On the next breath, as you bring this breath in, just release
any sound that you feel you are holding in your body. Good. And as you
do that, you begin to feel a new sense of calm and relaxation,
embracing your physical body. As you close your eyes, you move inward.
Just feel that shift of your outer environment now to your inner
environment. Are there any sensations in your body where you feel
discomfort or blocks? And again, just give yourself a breath in and
just release those blocks with a sound. Wonderful.

Although you have moved to that inward environment, you can feel the
safety of the four walls around you, of the floor below you, and the
ceiling above you, creating a wonderful, safe environment, a cocoon.
Just breathe in that safety. Allow yourself to feel it. Move it from
the top of your head, your crown chakra area, moving to your third in
the middle of your forehead, moving to your throat area in your throat
area, and effortlessly moving to your heart chakra in the center of
your chest. Moving to the top of your abdomen, your solar plexus
chakra, and gently moving to your lower abdomen and the sacral chakra.
Now moving to the base of your spine at your root chakra. And you feel
this energetic flow moving through all of your energy centers. You can
feel the essence of just gently being held in safety. When was the
last time you just allowed yourself to be held, to be cradled in love?
So for the next few minutes, just allow that, just be with that
essence of being safe, of being held, of being loved.

As we feel surrounded by the energy of love, as we feel this safety
within us and around us, as we feel cradled and held in the arms of
the creator, we know that love is the most powerful vibration, that in
love all harmony exists. And the safety of love allows us to create a
movement even if it is a small step. Sometimes the smallest steps
bring the largest movement in our lives. So visualize yourself just
taking a small step forward. And as you take this small step forward,
you are able to see things more clearly. You are able to recognize
something that is holding you back, a fear that you are ready to
transform. What better place for transformation to occur than within
the safety of this cocoon filled in love. So what is it that is
holding you back that you are ready to transform? Is there a fear that
is holding you back from your true vibration, a fear that is creating
an illusion in your life? Just take a breath in and just release a big
"ahhhhhhhh." These fears we hold are sometimes from lifetimes, but we
know that the power of love can assist us in releasing them. So take a
few moments for yourself to identify this fear, to go inward, and ask
yourself the lesson that you are learning from this fear. Identify
what this fear is holding you back from. And I'll give you a few
minutes to do that...

Wonderful. Now that you have identified the fear, and you can see and
feel what it is holding you back from, can you identify the lesson
that you have learned from this fear? What has it taught you? Maybe
patience or being gentle with yourself or maybe not to be so hard on
yourself or maybe it has given you empathy for others with fears. But
whatever it is, just take a moment to identify the lesson you learned
from it.

And now as you become clear in this lesson, can you thank this fear in
gratitude for the lesson you have learned? For in identifying it, this
allows you now to release it in love. So now see yourself bringing
this fear out of your physical body, out of your mental body, out of
your spiritual body, and out of your emotional body, and just gently
placing it in your hands and feel the warmth of releasing this fear
into your hands. Within this beautiful cocoon that you are in, you see
a candle-lit altar. Gently take one small step forward. As you do, you
create this movement, and you can feel your angels, your guides, the
masters, the creator walking with you as you move forward, you are
supported in love. There is so much happiness around you that you are
ready to release this fear. And now you see yourself in front of this
altar, and you gently kneel down and gently place this fear on the
altar as you thank it for the lessons you've learned, you now release
it in love. As you release it in love, there is a knowing that love
can transform this fear. But first you must give that love to
yourself. Just breathe in the love that's all around you now. First we
are going to breathe it into our physical bodies. So breathe the
essence of this love in from the top of your head and feel it going
through all of your body parts, starting at the top of your head,
moving through your eyes, your nose, your ears, through your mouth,
down your neck, to your shoulders, your arms, your forearms, your
hands and fingertips, then moving back up your arms and shoulders and
neck, into your chest area. And just breathe this love into your chest
area, to your heart, and now continue to send it down through your
organs, through your stomach, your large intestine, your small
intestines, your liver, your bladder, your kidneys, all of your
reproductory organs. Feel them being filled in love. And then continue
now to move down your legs, your knees, your calves, into your feet,
your toes, the bottom of your feet, all the way up the back of your
calves, to your upper thighs and buttocks area, to your lower back
moving up your spine, to your mid back and between your shoulder
blades, your upper neck into the top of your head where we started,
you can trace and see the outline of this beautiful energy of love
throughout your physical body. And as you allow this to integrate, you
can feel the energy now focusing in your brain area moving through
your mental processes, releasing any negative thoughts, any old belief
systems you are ready to release.

And now we take the journey of moving this energy from our minds to
our hearts as we move from the mental to the emotional, allowing this
energy of love to move down to our heart to release any bitterness,
any resentment, any guilt or unforgiving thoughts we have related to
this fear. And just breathe that in. Allow this love to melt away any
essences of those energies. Wonderful. Now we begin to move this love
beyond our physical body into our ethereal body, or our aura, moving
it into our spiritual essence as we allow this love to clear any
weaknesses around us, any inconsistencies in our auric field. As we
send this love out, we allow this love to strengthen any weaknesses in
this field, to seal any holes or pinholes, to rejuvenate and
regenerate our auric field in pure love.

Now that we feel this fear released in all of our bodies, we feel all
this love in all four of our bodies including our auric field. We
continue to push the essence of love, which emanates from our hearts
into this cocoon, filling the cocoon up with love. And as we see it
outward and outward, we see it moving to the altar where our fear was
placed, and we feel the cocoon filled, and we see a beautiful light
moving very quickly towards this fear in a beautiful explosion of
white light as this fear is transformed. And as this fear is
transformed, the room and cocoon are filled in love. We gently notice
that the cocoon is pierced and this beautiful white light moves
through it and outside of it. And this pierced hole begins to get
bigger and the cocoon opens, and the light is sooo beautiful. All the
colors of the rainbow are within it, and you are immersed in this
light. And although it's beautiful, there is also a vulnerability
about it. You feel a lightness that you have never felt before, like
butterflies in your stomach. Imagine that! Butterflies! This initial
fear we feel when we feel butterflies are all about transformation.
And you can see beautiful butterflies all around you surrounding you,
inviting you out of the cocoon. And as you take that one small
movement, you can feel a sensation in your shoulder blade area. The
movement you just created was not a step but a fluttering of your
wings. Yes, you have beautiful wings. And, oh, my God, wings are not
for walking, they are for flying. So embrace that vulnerability of the
air, of the heavens around you, and allow yourself to spread these
wings and move into whatever new territories are in your heart.

I'll give you a couple of moments to just be with those wings creating
the intention of flying into new, wonderful, unexplored territories of
your life. As you embrace these beautiful wings, how amazing you are
flying above those initial fears and realizing that you can soar on
the wings of love. You are a beautiful brilliant light, and I thank
you for all that you are.
