Opening to Channel

Nearly four months ago I felt the calling to begin to channel. I had listened to Steve Rother's channel of the "Group" in which the "Group" suggested that lightworkers begin the process of channeling the higher realms as it is something that each of us is moving toward. The "Group" encouraged lightworkers to begin the process of opening to channel a higher source as this is what we are all moving toward. The said that channeling will become so commonplace as to make the term "channeling" a non issue. When everyone channels a higher energy, then it will just be what is normal and won't need a descriptor. I put out the request to those I know who are on the path of enlighenment to see if anyone was interested in a "Mastery Empowerment" group. Quickly, I found a group of twelve who were interested. The suggestion from the "Group" was for each menber to risk themself and allow whatever came into their consciousness to be spoken through them in words. I had been doing some automatic writing for the past few years but had not risked doing this in front of people. As an aside, when I have done presentations in front of large groups, which is part of my job, I have found that the words just speak themselfes through me. I sometimes think to myself when I am doing presentations, how did I come out with something this profound? I have realized that when I am passionate about a subject that I am presenting on, the words find a way to be spoken through me.
Prior to the first group meeting of interested people, I found that when I was at my computer, and I typed in a question asking what I should speak about at the meeting, the answer came flowing out of my fingertimps as words. I had a sense that I was to share this with the members of the group. So, during the first group that we had, I felt this energy within that wanted to be expressed and I took the risk and let it come out. While I was allowing these thoughts that were in my mind to come out as words out of my mouth, I thought "I am just making this up." I had heard from a number of people who channel as a profession that this is the first stage of opening to channel, so I just allowed myself to make it up. The day before our last Mastery Empowerment Group meeting I began to have thougths enter my mind which appeared to be from somewhere other than my ego self. I kept getting thoughts about what I should be sharing at the group that evening. When the group convened, a number of people began to share there experiences in waking and dream state that week which were almost an exact match for what I had been hearing within my mind during the day. I couldn't hold back and was able to channel a message from Kryon regarding the changes that we are about to experience and the over-riding message "Be Not Afraid". For anyone who reads this, I beleive that this is a confirmation that you are ready to begin to channel, if you haven't already begun. I am convinced that each of us is able to make the connection to the Higher Realms now if we are able to risk leaving the comfort of our ego awareness as the veils have thinned. I encourage you to being the process of finding your inner guidance system. I am more conscious each day that guidance from my Higher Self is available to me in each moment.
