Yesterday at 8pm local time I took part in Earth Hour.
A project started in Sydney 2007, to shut off lights and electricity for an hour to save energy.
As I lighted the candles and shut down the various electric implements in my home, I was struck by a sense of wholeness.

I was working and during a massage I got the feeling of wandering through forests, scanning a landscape outward over several miles from a mountain range I was in. I was conscious in my work and also in this other, inner world. I walked along a ridge and saw several deer, and later a wolf. This happened for about two minutes real time, but felt as if I spent several days trekking.

Here the weather is acting as a yo-yo, snowing in the morning and raining in the evening.

So I work by day with a physical world, and nights really go toward my mental aspects.
These times consider the day that was, the time that is, and renewal of the next.

I have a love for the random connection in life. Tonight is another example of this.
Logging in to Light Workers, considering to join the Ventrilo channel that I set up last time I was here.
Did it more on a hunch than real choice, the thinking being "ah what the hell, maybe someone is online".
Thus I meet a new friend, a good person to listen/talk to. I look forward to future discussions. :)

I'm getting a heavy dose of some energy today, it's getting to my stomach and bowels something fierce.

Deduction is divided between new colleague at work and a cleansing hour of facemapping(deep cleansing the areas of skin in the face that deals with heart, liver, kidneys, stomach and general hormon activity).
