If you like and your Spirit directs, breathe the soul breath.

inhale 1; 2; 3.. a count of seven, through your nose. hold the breath for a count of seven. exhale from -- through -- the mouth for a count of seven. this is one breath, do seven. every day three ( or more ) times a day.

there's a journey within the minds eye, we can travel together to Sirius E and swim with the dolphins and the whales. we can lay with our backs in the sand on the beach with our legs in the water. we can let the waters sooth our being and awaken refreshed renewed rejuvenated reborn.
