Nothing tastes right!!

I've noticed that I've been very tired this week as well, the first part of the week not so much but I've had a lot of trouble falling asleep and wake up way earlier than usual. I've also noticed (like SummerPhoenix) nothing tastes right to me. I've always been a meat eater but now when I put it my mouth, it tastes wrong, the texture is wrong and I can barely swallow. I know that that my body has been going thru mega changes but I never expected to feel such a repulsion to meat. If I try to eat meat I can almost feel the fear these animals felt. It truly rubs me the wrong way. I've also noticed that I've been having stomach issues such as waking up nauseous, and no matter what I eat, it tends to make me feel bloated (Ick). These are all part of the Ascension process, our bodies are changing as well as our vibrational frequency and we are more empathic to the energies around us AND what we are putting in us. I've always loved beer and even that tastes sorta icky to me. I came to the realization that alcohol hinders or lowers my vibrations and I'm having such a lovely time connecting to my higher self and spiritual guides that I simply don't want to deprive myself of that!!! I think that we are going to be able to receive more energy sustenance now and that is why our bodies are seeming to reject certain foods. I've been craving more fruit and water than ever before.
I'm so grateful to have found this site where I know that others are experiencing the same things I am.
