The Universe is testing me?

Or so I believe. I did some further investigation into the company soliciting people to work from their homes, helping those who have paid off their FHA notes. Needless to say, the companies are referred to by HUD as 3rd party tracers, as opposed to independant contractors assisting as part of a 3rd party recovery system. The people who have paid off their notes are entitled to rebates without incurring any cost and can do so at no expense.

I am definitely not interested.

So, was the Universe testing me to see if I would act out of desperation (almost did), without utilizing the investigative skills I have? Thank you antimorphic for what you put in one of your replies, because it caused me to check one more avenue.

I am feeling a little bummed out, but more grateful than anything, grateful that I completed my home work. Have to admit, I am asking what now?
