Tell me a story....

Once upon a time , In a galaxy not to far from this one. There lived a (insert male,female or being choice here)

Living an existence based upon (insert experience here) . This experience and all that followed became this persons story.

The story , however it was perceived became this beings truth.

In this story there lived many characters. Each character had a role that must be played out ,according to the storytellers or screenwriters (at this point) script.

The characters in this play ,had their own stories,unbeknowst to the screenwriter.

In fact they had their own plays,where THEY were the screenwriters or storytellers.

They all believed their stories to be based on facts as they perceived them to be.

All based on a truth authentic to them self.

"Authenticity" in psychology refers to the courage to live ones life according to the needs of ones inner being, rather than the demands of society or ones early conditioning"

If the beings story was a tragedy, he allowed his past to hold him hostage. Reacting out of a place of fear and his story will reflect that.

If on the other hand ,he chose to envision his life as one of forgiveness,compassion and love.His life and story will reflect that decision.
