Its funny when I look at it that I have written so much but have essentially so little to say. Its because I find the writings and knowledge of movement disturbing. Endless projections of some non-existent future in some distant space-but let me master one single moment of now in the feeling of complete safety.

I feel pretty crappy today where its sorta like I don't feel like doing or learning anything have no patience, its all a big dumb game anyway:) So there's that.

Hmmm, well, I was just sitting around and I thought:<p>

"I don't know, I guess I've written a lot of pretty decent Spiritual stuff and thats ok but maybe it would be good if I shared something of myself with people a little more directly and reveal my personal heart more...."<p>

Alrightly, I reckon its time I got back to some of this. A lot of it isn't much; its just what came to me. But in the accumulation maybe it will become something for someone. I believe in the miracle of perfect timing! Peace~

I just learned of the death of Heath Ledger, most likely from an overdose of sleeping pills, in NYC. I must say I was actually taken aback. We know the body is not the beginning or the end, but the impact is still there. He's onto different things, is all. Peace, brother.

This title, allow and Be, summarizes my new attitude twords meditation. For many months I worked daily or nearly daily with the Earth Mother, while meditating, in a conscious way, and also calling upon the ascended masters, angels, and archangels to donate their energies, for the stabilizing of Her, the reinforcement of Her fields, the cleansing of Her, the preparing of Her.

Some depression and sadness today, and the energy in my body feels tinged with some nervousness and fear. Lately in my meditations I have ceased working with outer forms such as Ascended Masters and the Earth Spirit so that I may allow my inner focus to dwell in the last remaining vibration or hum of I AM.
