[Ascension experience] Working to help the body elemental through the current streams of energies.

Namaste, dearest brothers and sisters. I have been working on decoding the light code symbols received from the Sirian gateway activations 2 days ago. I have found that in unpacking them, there are some personal and collective miasms to be cleared first so that the new Christ codes can be fully integrated into my bodies.

I feel one such miasm is how the body elemental can have a fixation on the "normal" sources of energy for the physical form and refuse any others apart from food and sleep. I have found that my body elemental needs a lot of support and nurturing at this time because sleep disruptions have occurred throughout the week and we have been feeling the need to eat less than usual. She has been responding with tears and a feeling of being overwhelmed by fatigue when we get woken up in the middle of night twice so far.

The body elemental is related to our inner child and ego and is actually a kind of devic intelligence closely tied to the development of Mother Earth and physical incarnation. She is not as developed spiritually as the 5D self, but in the process of personal and planetary Ascension, gains much in knowledge and wisdom in interaction with the Higher Selves and Mighty I AM Presence.

I spoke to my body elemental today during my shower (she loves showering, so I felt this was the best time to speak with her) and asked her why she felt down and anxious when we wake up in the middle of the night or at dawn as we did today)... she said she is worried that we won't have enough energy for the full day of work today because of all the sleep disruptions this week. I asked her to see that the crystalline and golden currents of energies we are receiving now are what she can use now instead of the energies that bodies normally gather during sleep. The crystalline energy feeds are a lot purer and stronger and constantly being replenished by our connection to the Mighty I AM Presence as well as to the Arcturian computers, so even if we haven't slept or eaten as much as we used to in previous years, there is an abundance of energy to operate with and from.

She happily opened to these crystalline streams of energies from Above, releasing a dark ball of her fears and frustration and fatigue into the crystalline light, and so we are now at work and ready for a full day of teaching and activating light codes and clearings with and for ourselves and all the people we come into contact with today despite the interruptions to our sleep.

May you also be able to communicate with your own bodies elemental and help them understand that they have these new sources of energies to work with, hence there is no need to feel tired/exhausted/spent.
