Optimal health means to be able to walk for miles, go dancing, biking, swimming, perform Yoga or Qi exercises, be at your peak weight (peak weight means strong muscles and a flat belly (your 20 age weight when you were in top shape), eat with moderation, build up a super stong immune system, never get a cold, the flu, or any disease condition; living as moderate a life as possible.
