egyptian healing wands

I was told to use egyptian healing wands and I cannot seem to find what they are on the net. Maybe they're are many types........? I am not very familiar with wands......and I have vision in my mind...but not sure...anyone have one of these? Is there one kind of egyptian healing wand? Thanks for your thoughts.
