Reparations

Things are moving slowly
That's just the way it is
For right now

Tho' they had it pretty good
"The times they are a-changin'"
Don't ask me how

For so very long
Men forced their beautiful heads down
In a subservient bow

But man's reign is over
and time is not on their side
They're going down

You think it's bad now?
Just wait for the long tomorrow!
But no, don't you frown

Men should be happy
They can still beg and borrow
That they'll be kept around

Since women will be better
So much better than men were
At wearing the crown

The soon to be masters
Female energies ascending faster
As men stumble around

Reparations, boys!
They're right around the corner
The piper's in town

Hear her loudly playing
A dirge for our proud, deaf ears
So get up off the ground!

Hold your hat in your hands
Bow each of your heads in shame
Cry their pardon, cowed

Oh, maybe not today
But soon hereafter we will pay
Not in Dollars or Pounds

Empty your flat pockets
(As if you ever had anything there)
And realization will abound:

Men must pay with their hearts!
As all true debt can only be paid
The love we just found

They have known all along
So in tune with Mother Earth and all her
Greens, blues, and browns

The counterbalance comes
As a wave of truth, and the shift occurs
A sphere of light, perfectly round

Appears with a voice
A female voice, the Goddess Divine
Speaks Truth clear and loud

"Men of the world!
Your reparations shall be thus:
Respect yourself, and you Respect Us
Honour yourself, and you Honour Us
Love yourself, and you may Love Us
For we are indeed one!"
