lovingkindness

As I began to research "lovingkindness" this morning, after meditation, these are the definitions that I found Now, I have to tell you, this came to me almost in a dream state.
I had been telling my best friend just the other day as we had the most Divine lunch, "I want to Love without attachments". I was telling her "how I was at such a muddy point in my walk with the Universe or God or Jesus, that I just didn't know what to do next. I was at a loss. I felt "out of whack" and oversaturated. I even wrote about it! I was just was on auto pilot with my self! I wrote about "not experiencing joy" while I was working, sweeping to be exact. All of this was a birth canal of sorts. Not a born again experience but a painful breakthrough. A pressing in.
I am so glad there is Wikipedia because I don't own any encyclopedias. Metta is an experience I can relate to since I am currently studying Buddism. I am not going to claim any religion or philosophy until I have studied them all. I believe that would take so many lifetimes. I do claim Jesus as the source of all knowledge and undertanding of spiritual evidence I need to thrive the best. I just want to see what else is out there. So, personally I resonate with the metta definition.

Here are the definitions for "Lovingkindness" in Wikipedia:

Hebrew: Chesed
Translated as kindness is often thought of as being synonymous with niceness, but the connotation of Chesed is much deeper. Chesed can be properly described as an act that has no "cause." Chesed is proactive -- it is the initiator of interaction, and must therefore be the first in the sephirot of action. Chesed deals with the level of visible, and in the chain of social dynamics is the primary spark that initiates subsequent action.
Greek: Agape

Jesus said, "'Love (agapao) the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love (agapao) your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments." (Matthew 22:37-41

Buddist: Metta
-
"The object of mettā (agape) meditation is loving kindness (love without attachment). Traditionally, the practice begins with the meditator cultivating loving kindness towards themselves,[7] then their loved ones, friends, teachers, strangers, enemies, and finally towards all sentient beings."-

WOW!!!

I was just thinking yesterday, "WHERE is my happiness?" My goal is to Love without attachments. So, when I was meditating this morning, this is what came to me. When I got deep into meditation, after about 10 minutes in, my computer abruptly shut down and we lost all electricity as I was typing! Hmmmm.......I think this was high energy or it could have been the storm, I don't know. I like to think it was the energy coming off of me! haha! (I am always looking for signs and wonders.)
Then I wrote the rest of this out by hand, and then decided I was going to put this on my blog for future reference and inspiration?..........you be the judge. Now remember, this came to me in meditation.
I thanked God afterward, in prayer.

"Happiness is not as important as dependancy upon the source of your life. Lovingkindness is key in loving yourself. You are an infant and care of an infant requires your full attention. Be aware of your dependancy upon God. Treat yourself as an infant, attentive to all the things that require you to grow. Nurturing and Forgiveness are key to the care of an infant or yourself as Spirit, awareness upon God for all nuturing. Lovingkindness, of you first, and then extending to others when you understand loving yourself unconditionally. The source lives in you, Heaven on Earth. Heaven being the complete, unconditional, Forgiveness and Lovingkindness of your Temple (earth) and Soul (mind). This is where your Spirit dwells.(earth)
you are earth, made to physically diminish, eventual decay is emminant. Your Spirit is a heavenly article. Nurture it to grow and sustain life, show it how to flourish, love it when it fails. Teach it the importance of Lovingkindness and Forgiveness. Show your Spirit how to give this to others. Other Spirits, being One, as a Whole. When you take great care and nurturing, of your Spirit, the Mother Energy is present. Invite the Mother Energy into the Temple. Then Joy will come when this happens. Forgive yourself for your flaws, you are okay to fail. It's an experience to savor and cherish. (Grace)
Parent your soul, Spirit and Temple as you depend upon God for your guidance. No soul idols, just Love.

Soul idols are:

~LOOKING for happiness,
~SEEKING fullfilment outside your Temple,
~Depending on others that FEEL like the Divine,
~Non-awareness (of what life is ),
~Absence of self nuturing,
~Lack of inner awareness, causing emotional problems.

HERE IT IS IN A NUTSHELL:

"Happiness is not as important as the Divne path you are on and your dependancy upon the Source of Lovingkindness. Be an infant seeing things in wisdom and awe, in awareness and dependancy upon God. Life is awareness. Awareness of the goings on around you, smell, sight, touch, hearing in your soul. Feel love in all of this. Experience love in awareness. Lovingkindness is for you too. Love yourself as you would somebody you have forgiven, by your heart. Infantlike behaviour is key. Wonder and awe in your perceptions as a baby looks at the world. The way the infant depends upon you for nurturing and care. Learn to Love yourself with Lovingkindness and bleed it into others."

I just could not believe my eyes! This was all inside me! Deep down in there, waiting to be excavated, FROM MY SOUL, where Jesus lives. Where my heart guides me if I just get still enough to hear what is being said.
