More epic dreams..

The night after my “Crying baby dream” I had another strange dream. The world was in peril. At first no one could figure out what was going on, people were getting sick and dieing in great numbers. Then someone noticed that there was an increase of flies. We started to figure out that if the flies landed on you and bit you, you were infected with a great sickness and would die.

We had to cover our bodies, we wore long sleeved shirts, hats, scarves, etc. Then we found a way to kill the flies and finally get rid of them.

Using the trusted Dream Dictionary I looked up what flies meant --

Flies
To see flies in your dream, symbolizes feelings of guilt or a breakdown of a plan. Flies may also forewarn of a contagious sickness or a surrounding of enemies.
To dream that you kill or exterminate the flies, signifies that you will regain your honor after you fell from grace and will be recapture the heart of your intended.

As I mentioned in a pervious blog (A Message -- from Iris) I felt my sister was being attacked, and I think this was a warning dream.

A few nights ago I dreamt of a great flood and school buses. Here’s what I found --

To see a gentle flood, indicates that your worries over a certain matter will be soon be swept away.

To see a school bus in your dream, suggests that you are about to venture on a life journey needed for your own personal growth.

Then last night I dreamt that I was in a town I knew, I was walking around and there was snow everywhere. Then I was in a desert, just standing there watching and I saw a woman fall over dead in the sand. Time seemed to sped up and I saw her decay and sand came over her to cover her up and another woman, this one different, did the same thing. This course repeated itself several times. Then I saw these moth like butterflies. They were multi colored and just beautiful. They made a path and I followed and tried to get one to sit on my hand, but they wouldn’t. They just flew around me.

So with this dream I broke it down to things that really stood out.

Snow-
To see snow in your dream, signifies your inhibitions, repressed/unexpressed emotions and feelings of frigidity. You need to release and express these emotions and inhibitions. You may also be feeling indifferent, alone and neglected.

Desert-
Deserts are also symbolic of barrenness, loneliness and feelings of isolation and hopelessness.

Sand-
To see sand in your dream, signifies a shift in perspective or a change in your attitude. Consider also the familiar phrase, "the sands of time" in which it may be suggesting that you are wasting your time or letting time pass you by.
Time-
To dream about time, indicates your fears of not being able to cope with the pressures and stresses of everyday life.

Decay-
To see something decay in your dream, signifies the degradation of a situation or circumstance. It may also represent the death of an old situation before the rebirth into a new stage.

Butterfly-
To see a beautiful colorful butterfly in your dream, denotes the positive impression you will make at a future social gathering.

So my interpretation is a bit rough, but I have a good idea. But I would love to hear what anyone else thinks. :D
