Throat chakra

Mmmm....it would appear my throat chakra isn't as happy as I thought it was.

I'm reading Caroline Myss's book "Why some people don't heal and how they can" and according to her, scoliosis comes from the FIFTH chakra.  When I first read it struck something, and the more I've thought about it, the more sense it makes.  I repress myself verbally for fear of hurting others, or for fear of being rebuked or disliked.  I know that and I've been like that my entire life.  I don't like confrontation- ever- I'd rather keep my mouth shut.  Got some work to do here.
