Galactic Proclamation for the Planet Earth

On March 26, 2004, the Sirian Council (Galactic Soul Extension) made its final decision on the reclassification status of Earth and it’s predominate species humankind. This decision has taken slightly over three decades, with various consulting groups, to garner enough galactic support for the possibility of a reclassification for the “Souls of Earth”. In 1987-1988 the Sirian Council did recognize that Earth (Lady Gaia) had achieved a third cosmic initiation thereby acquiring the status of “Sacred Planet”. However, reclassification for humanity was more difficult because there has not been a major galactic status change for this species in over 4,000 years. The Tibetan Master Djwhal Khul deserves our special recognition for his tireless effort on the Sirian Council on behalf of Gaia and Humanity. He has worked steadily for decades in an attempt to delay final classification until the vibration on Earth had reached a certain octave. This was done to give humanity’s global soul the greatest opportunity for forward movement within a higher vibrational domain. As some Lightworkers know, the Tibetan Djwhal Khul, who is an expert in the area of spiritual metaphysics, has accepted a permanent seat in the Sirian Council as ambassador and will be moving away from direct involvement with the Earth in approximately forty years. A high degree initiate (Master) will be chosen to assume his post in the Spiritual Planetary Hierarchy. At this time, there are three such initiates in consideration for this position. On March 26, 2004 the vote was taken as, due to the rapidly planetary energies, it could be delayed no longer. At this time the entire species called human was reclassified and given the title “Guardians of Light” as the souls of humankind are now accepted and spoken of as “Souls of Light”. This is a tremendous victory for as many know, the entire species has been in the process of being prepared for possible “Spiritual Galactic Citizenship’. A new classification was always recognized by our planetary hierarchal council as a necessary prerequisite, and now this has been accomplished. The spiritual light of a species must be accepted into this Galactic Wisdom Council as being consistently expressed in some essential energetic patterning that reveals their essence is a force of life which is consistently responsive to the Universal Light of Divine Holy Spirit. This must be done long before any possibility of conscious physiological contact with other galactic forms of life becomes a reality in order to achieve acceptance into the Sirian Council as a recognized species of light. Most changes first take place on a spiritual level and only later work themselves out into the physical domain. In the following article, Lady Emanuella recalls how the vote depended more on the energetic response from human beings rather than on any form creation or conscious perception. This announcement is now released to all Lightworkers in form upon Earth; for each victory is another step forward, and we all do play a part as together we stand as the manifestation of a Divine Heart in form on Earth. Galactic Reclassification for Humankind

”The New Age Avatar Emanuella has revealed our Earth is a sacred planet and this world is filled with the Souls of Light. We find this news astounding. Most of the older religious dogmas write about the essential disharmony, weakness, ignorance, unworthiness, and sinfulness, of human beings. How can one say our entire species already exists today as Souls of Light?” Here is the Avataras explanation regarding this subject: “Spiritually Earth is now recognized as a sacred planet composed of the Souls of Universal Light. Souls who have not chosen to represent the Light of Divine Holy Spirit exist in very small numbers upon this world. The soul of humankind was spiritually redeemed thousands of years ago. Through the Christ Light, group karma was reduced and the energy of unconditional love was anchored into the human energetic heart chakra. This was a great gift given to all humankind; it also restored part of their original spiritual heritage. Over time the physical human heart became entrained to this particular intensity of love. Today unconditional love has spread all over the world and it is now a permanent feature within the collective human global soul. Approximately 98% of all peoples in incarnation are successfully entrained through the center heart chakra and have accepted the reality of unconditional love being present in their souls.” “New Age Metaphysics is still in the early stages and so much illusion continues to exist about unconditional love. Souls who have conditional love only, do not feel love without their particular conditions always being met. These souls are very immature and function spiritually as little children. However, those who are able to love self and others without having the majority of their conditions met possess a more intense quality called unconditional love. These souls are maturing having entered the stage of evolutionary adolescence. This flexible form of love is more potent; it has stronger life-affirming influences upon the physical, etheric, and emotional bodies. Consequently these people have a higher quality life that is much more satisfying. Such souls are able to stand as more positive influences in the lives of others, in society, and in their civilization. Unconditional love has served as a great catalytic agent towards meeting the future goal of psychological and spiritual maturity. Much progress has been made. To mature one must move beyond self-serving narcissism and towards more altruistic or humanitarian interests that affect the whole.” “Approximately 98% of humankind has etheric heart centers of energy that respond as Souls of Light. This entraining is now so potent in the collective bio-morphogenic energy field that it is very difficult for a soul of darkness to survive, as such, in the current energy matrix. Such souls are transformed and almost all are redeemed by the pre-existing light matrix after taking physical form incarnation upon this world. All successful civilizations for humankind have always had a life-sustaining spiritual foundation that nurtures and fortifies the spirit of the species. Matters of the Divine are always necessary because the presence of God or that ordained by God serves to strengthen, reassure, and guide the steps of any species forward. Organized religions are honored yet not as necessary when large members of a species begin to function as souls rather than ego or personality dominant. Souls realize the temple of God lies within them as they are the living extensions of the Divine clothed in mortal flesh. Mature souls usually manifest more gifts of the Divine Holy Spirit. Although it is expected that all the Ascended Masters Manifested accept the Divine Spiritual Heritage of Humanity since they themselves live the reality of this higher truth, it must be remembered that all peoples upon this world have the same inherent spiritual talents even though only a small portion of the race tends to put forth the effort required to activate those special skills.” “On a world where ego (personality) is the dominant focus of perception, it is possible but not probable that humanity would be able to see for themselves the state of their own souls. Unfortunately, too many continue to perceive themselves as “fallen’ from the light and separated from the Grace and Blessings of the One Absolute Source. In the past, souls have depended upon outside spiritual intermediaries to verify their spiritual standing. Subsequently massive global religions with magnificent structures for worship have been brought forth as spiritual resources by the intersession of the Divine with the material for forgiveness and penance with the goal of resurrection to the Light.” “When the effectiveness of such institutions no longer served the growing awareness or development of the species something new would most certainly emerge and what has emerged is the beauty of the New Age Spirituality. This Aquarian Spirituality stands as a marriage of Divine Will with the material plane of existence. The challenge for humanity has always been to accept a new spiritual platform when it does appear. Usually people are locked into past religious dogmas and frequently develop rigid belief systems in this area. Humanity, in general is largely self-consumed being almost totally preoccupied with the events in their own lives, thus, it becomes difficult for them to see how the emergence of additional spiritual information can be useful. Certainly, it has not been an easy matter for humanity to recognize the hand of the Divine at work.” “Nevertheless it is easy to recognize a Soul of Light if one has clairaudient, clairsentient, and clairvoyant abilities. Then one can hear the higher vibrational frequencies, feel the basic quality of the soul, and see the energetic fields of light as they expand and contract. Only a few people can do this today. In the Age of Aquarius a larger segment of humankind will indeed develop these abilities. Still, one can use simple logic to verify the reality of human beings as Souls of Light.” “A soul of darkness opens its etheric heart center enthusiastically to the energies of pain, suffering, and destruction. Such energies feed and strengthen these souls. Conversely, souls of light are repelled from such energies. They quickly close down their heart centers or set up large blocks (Maya threads) against these disharmonious emanations. Contracting or blocking is an attempt to protect or prevent any more pain from entering into their energetic system. Souls of Light are traumatized by pain and destruction. The trauma can be so severe they may adopt all manner of coping mechanisms [healthy and unhealthy] to distance themselves from an environment not spiritually, psychologically, or physically healthy. Harmonious energies such as peace, unity, love, and forgiveness are life-affirming for every soul of light. These energies act upon the human being in positive ways to strengthen the immune system, enter relaxed theta states, improve the general quality of life and augment the life span. The heart is the doorway to the soul. What is not common knowledge is that the heart is also the revealer of the essential nature of the soul. It reveals how the person responds to harmonious or disharmonious energy. Any individual whose heart is repelled by the energies of pain and destruction is: A Soul of Light. In the years ahead more people are expected to expand beyond an almost exclusive focus on form identification to becoming bio-energetically awake. When this happens it will open up another world, as yet unknown, to most of the populations of Earth.” “Spiritually our current moment of the Eternal Now is about the greater liberation of the soul light upon the plane of matter. Humanity needs freedom from the incessant drama of the ego and liberation into the higher knowledge of the soul. In order for this to become a reality certain illusions must be removed. Another way of looking at illusions is to see them as veils of ignorance covering the inner spiritual eye. Ignorance is removed when it is replaced with a greater truth. This is the reason all advanced spiritual beings, including the Ascended Masters Manifested, walk the plane of matter.”
