Meditation for Mother Earth

I am not sure just how many members belong to this Family of Light, but there are a number of us, and we are all over the world.

I was thinking that if we each set aside just a few minutes every day, or more than once a day, to include a healing for Mother Earth in our regular meditations we could make a tangible difference.

I reckon if each of us just added a few moments of focused intent at the beginning of each meditation we would go a long way toward helping Earth make her ascension to the fifth dimension as easy and smooth as possible. And, because we all live in different time zones, someone might be doing that healing meditation every hour of the day, would only need 24 people to do that.

The method I personally use, just at the beginning of each meditation, is to activate all the chakras and begin drawing in healing light from Universe. I draw it in through my heart chakra, but third eye or crown chakra works just as well. If you have crystalized your antahkarana, now is the time to light it up, if not, just ground yourself deep into the heart of Mother Earth.

When I have gathered the light into the heart chakra I transmute it into a liquid golden light. I fill my house with it first, then I channel it directly into the heart of the planet. I also send that liquid light flowing into my town, my state, my country and on around the planet until the whole world is coated in liquid gold.

I don't know how to help starving babies in Ethoipia. I don't know how to help the Chinese, Burmese, Americans or Greeks, who are suffering from natural disasters. I certainly don't know what to do about the whole mood of anger and violence the human species seem to be in.

But She does. Mother Earth knows exactly where and when these loving and healing energies are required, so I give her everything I can and trust in her ability to nurture herself and her life forms, just as we strive to heal ourselves so we can nurture our loved ones.

She is called MOTHER Earth because she IS our mother. She gives us life and provides her body to feed and shelter us. Who among us isn't prepared to come to the service of their mother when she is in need?

Just an odd note here, if you pay very close attention in your meditation you can actually feel gratitude raising upward through your ground to Mother Earth.
