The authenic self is a slave

self control gives choice,the authentic self is automatic slavery.

lets say some where it itches and i would like to choose to scratch it but then the authentic self compels me to do it
and i have to\better keep away from it because if did scratch myself it would be like i was``nt disobedient and self respectful.
its a warzone.and now when i get ideas or desires it seems to be from something beyond my mind,what the hell.
i wish i get to keep i,the freedom.
