Love Without Attachments

I felt inspired by another post to write about LOVE and attachment, this subject's been on my head for a while and now is the time I think! to express my thoughts.

Is never healthy to love with expectations, is never healthy to love with attachments. I feel it and see it all the time, people become so attached to each other that LOVE becomes a burden and no longer serves its purpose...to release and to heal. I even experience that with my own child, he is incredible attached to me, he tells me how much he loves me and that he never wants to be away from me, I understand that because he is the only child! he has no brothers or sister, or a father figure, so I am all he has.

But when you are an adult, and get married, or find your twin flame, the love between the 2 of you should be pure, healthy and with no attachments, and when I said attachments I am talking about the fact that no one is bound to anyboby in anyway, even if you carried your baby for 9 months, that baby's still not yours, that child belongs to his own life.

I am not saying that we can't feel certain amount of attachments, no I am not saying that! However LOVE should be free, LOVE can't be trapped, LOVE can't survive in captivity, LOVE is GOD . Even GOD has not attachments, he gives us free will to make our own choices, we have the choice to love him or not, you won't be punish for that!

The way I see it is that as humans we don't want to be alone, or feel lonely, as humans we are afraid to be by ourselves, but what we don't realize is that alone time is needed in order to get to know yourself, others can help you discover who you are, but alone time is also very important.

The way GOD loves is so incredibly unconditional that even the ones that don't believe of his existence are still love by him, because he/she/it knows that LOVE can't be force upon others, LOVE should come naural, LOVE should be free.

And like Sting said it on his song " IF YOU LOVE SOMEONE SET THEM FREE"
