Ok, Who Wants to Play Karen Bishop Again?

Now, I admit, I sit wrong alot...like when on the puter, or I will sit and pay bills on the floor, or I will spend time on my laptop in bed...all not good for the back...but I have been doing that for a long time and NEVER feel as achey as I have for days now. I rarely take Tylenol but today did. It helped for a little bit. Oh, and iced my low back.

I am wondering if Karen will post in her next update "that oh so familiar hit by a truck feeling."

Anyone else?
