Reborn (In The Fiery Baptism of Love)

I was lost on this lonely isle
When I found your sorrowful smile
And if I ever wanted the sky to be blue
All I needed was to think of you
And how you beckoned me with sultry eyes
How you sang lullabies with your thighs
How you hugged me with curvaceous hips
And devoured my body with voracious lips
Then you watched me from on high
As I braved all your battles below
Your waiting forces, in ambush, lied
As I strayed inside the killing zone
You coldly cut me down in a hail of gunfire
Strafing me with bullets of burning desire
Finished me off with one shot to the head
Wished you had cut out my heart instead
Then dragged me behind your chariot of gold
Desecrating my corpse before it grew cold
I was torn like the wings off a dove
Reborn in the fiery baptism of love
It was fate that brought us together
And 'twas faith that failed us forever
Now I'm gone like the gods above
Reborn in the fiery baptism of love
