A day in the park
Touched with compassion
Surrounded with Misfortune
Asked for change
Offered food in exchange
A group of misfits
Shunned from society
Inspired with Divinity
United with their unselfishness
Invited within their energy!

I wrote this poem the day that i was invited to a bar b q that the homeless in Modesto put together once a year. it was a truly amazing experience... A man asked me for 30 cents and so i gave him a dollar...and then he invited me to their bar b q. i hope you enjoy the poem i wrote in honor of those beautiful souls...
