INTENTIONS for right NOW

RIGHT NOW i will:

~ breathe deeply and inhale the highest vibrations and exhale thoughts, feelings and energies of old karma
~ move with my heart, gliding into the highest dimentions
~ LOVE LOVE LOVE
~ feel my soul laughing through my ego
~ GIVE all that i have to give
~ spread harmony with each step, word, creation and thought
~ delicately carve purpose into every action, no matter how small
~ be grateful!
~ exist at my highest self and work daily to make this a permanent reality

in the mornings i will:

~ wake up early to align myself
~ invoke my helpers, guides, energetic links to the highest dimentions
~ meditate for total centeredness that will remain constant all day

in the night i will:

~ clear my space and energy, coming back into my center if i had left
~ do something special and surprising for the ones i love
~ send out healing to the world
