Words and thoughts have power

Hello dear ones,

I have been reading some of the messages that have been posted. Humbly and with love and I want to add my 2 cent's worth if I may. I speak from love and from experience and do not wish to step on the toes of any who have channelled the wisdom of sages in the forms they have.

Be careful when doing affirmations. Words and thoughts have power. What you think about and say, you create. If you always say, "Man, I'm always broke!" Guess what? You always will be. But asking for abundance, while I suppose doesn't sound as crass as asking for money, is too vague. You will reap your abundance, but it could just as likely come as an abundance of bills, or 20 extra pounds (of weight, not currency) or an infestation of bugs! So consider; perhaps it would be better to be specific. Money is just another form of energy, but to manifest energy in a specific direction, you must be clear on what you want. Visualize marking your bills "Paid In Full". Visualize what your life would be like if you had no worries about money. Feel it as strongly as possible. Make it as detailed as you can and put yourself into that life. Hold it as long as you can. If your mind begins to cast doubts or try to distract you from your goals, recognize it is just old programming doing it's job: to manifest the reality you have directed energy toward in the past. Thank it for its help, then return to the new programming. Soon you will see the programming begin to change as your life begins to change. But remember, be specific.

It may feel better, more "spiritual" to ask for abundance, but just remember that we get what we ask for, believe for, hope for, and have faith in. Faith is the evidence of things not seen. It is being able to see the outcome before it is manifest in the physical realm and hold onto it until it appears. Therefore, be specific in what you ask for. Otherwise you may learn the hard way the old adage: Be careful what you ask for, for you just might get it! Thank you for the consideration of my words.

Blessings to all
