I am just a flower

Starkid of Brightness's picture

I am just a flower
That springs when it finds its heart

I am just a flower
Under ardent care and when the sun has risen yet its glory is all gone
Flower’s in despair

She walks in Moonlights history
Woman’s gain from pain
And when she learns the lesson
It’s the hearts nature to be slain

Her tears turn to muscles
Yet prays muscles do not turn to coldness

Night tells all
More than gypsy’s crystal ball
And when things go off plan
It’s the hands united that begin to fall

Sun kissed skin
Flower’s petal are still silken
But as the sun moves to the east
Its what’s left behind this torn and wicked beast
That’s latched in flowers heart is what’s happening in the least

Has the beast found its beauty and if it turns back to flower in day
Will we ever know
What’s caused this fervent thing to go away?

Recovering from departure
Of the most beautiful words ever spoken

Of the most sweetest note
Loneliness sinks the well-worn boat
While sun deviates to give beetle coat

The flower still sways and in darkness keep at bay
Will the sun ever come ever more on this faithful day?
Hope of light
So the flower becomes sweet

I am just a flower
Willing to be held

Flower sings her song
When the absent days are long

When the absent days are long

…….I am just a Flower
Wanting to grow tall again
Wanting to grow tall again

I am just a flower
