How Do I Open My Third Eye Completely?

I was told by a lady who sees angels and reads tarot card that my "third eye" is half open.

I've been experiencing headaches that feel like I have a vice squeezing me lightly. The pain goes around my forehead mostly and a bit on the side of my head. Even when I look up to pray..it starts to hurt more....but I'm okay.

So my question is how can I fully open up my "third eye"? Stones/cyrstals maybe?
