Jimmy Carter; I think the next president could change the image of this country around the world in 10 minutes, by making an in inaugural speech-that we'll start off and say ... When I'm president we will never torture another prisoner. As long as I'm president we will never attack or invade another country unless our own security is directly threatened. As long as I'm president we will raise high the banner of human rights and be a champion of human rights around the world. As long as I'm president we will be in the leadership role of protecting the environment from the potential ravages of global warming. When I'm president, the first month I'm in office, I will start an all out campaign using all of the facilities and influence of my office to bring peace to Israel. And so forth ... "
