Okay, I finally saw the movie The Secret and I was quite amazed and impressed. It definitely is on my list of DVD's to own, which goes along with my DVD "Conversations With God". Last night I actually took something they spoke of and did it myself. I made a Visionary Board, or like we used to do in school, a Collage. Not only was it fun, it was calming and therapeutic.

Within the last few months I have had to truly look at and reflect on what I refer to as "unfinished business" in order to move forward, especially emotionally and spiritually and although I confronted truths that were not pretty they also had a sense of beauty and love.
