[Meditation experience] Global Circles October 4/5, 2008
Namaste, dearest brothers and sisters. The bliss that comes from tuning in to your loving hearts is still with me. I was doing some cooking and cleaning in the kitchen at the hour of the Global Circles meditation on purpose; nevertheless, I felt your loving presences with me as I chose to work with my hands while I was with you in the Circles.

Namaste, dear brothers and sisters. Today's circle began for me as I was in the midst of chores for my Sunday evening. I have settled into my bed seated in the lotus position, with my laundry fresh from the laundromat piled high behind me.
[Something to consider] The Importance of Building our Higher Lightbodies
Namaste, dearest brothers and sisters. I would just like to share how important I feel it is for us to work on building our higher lightbodies as the energies intensify on this dimension. Doing this will help us to accept and integrate the energies more easily and participate better in planetary and galactic service work.

Namaste, dear brothers and sisters. I began this meditation after my evening shower, put my homemade milk-honey-cinnamon facial mask on, and blessed my kittens' food. I saw that the blue band of communication around us participating in the circle grow more solid in my mind's eye (though this band connects us all even when we are not in meditation).
