mediations beside the ocean
For me, there is nothing like being next to the ocean. I walk along the shore for hours. I wade in and out and collect the offerings that glitter on the shore. I enjoy watching the birds, fish, octopus and sting rays play.
Gratitude and change

I live in a small village on the ocean in Costa Rica. Every day I gaze upon amazing birds, butterflies, flowers, trees, etc. Every day I see the beach changing from the movement of the waves. Every day I give thanks for my simple life.
