I have really been loving the new India Arie CD - "Testimony: Vol. 1, Life & Relationship"

One of my favorite songs is the Intro which is very short but says it all. If you find a way to listen to her music I know you won't be dissapointed.

My heart felt so open today. I feel like this weekend I was shedding some old skins again. Little by little I feel like I am getting to the core, core, core of Love. Things that weren't serving me or God anymore were saying goodbye. I also got my Reiki 3 attunement last night which was perfect timing with all my personal energy and the universal energy that has been shifitng the last few days (one in the same :-)). When I was listening to this song today my heart felt sooooo open and I just starting crying right at work! I was glad I had a few minutes by myself to compose myself and I know my coworker in my office would have been supportive anyways!
