What is life situation?Well,you know how it is when we have problems in our life,and we always refer to it as"Well that's life". But what it really is is the situation we are
going through in our lives.So,it is a life situation. Now our life situation become full
of problems,So when we are full of problems there is no room for anything else. There was a time in my life when I was either living in the past or focusing on the future.I was missing the NOW. The problem that I was having in my life I was creating.The mind uncons-
