What does Enlightenment mean to you?

i've been a searcher for a long time...and the meaning of enlightenment thru the years has changed in it's meaning and content.

To me it's a state of living and experiencing this lifetime.

Not as much a goal of mine anymore...but a realization of wisdom accrued through many lifetimes.

I quote one of my favorite conversations,

I woke up today, thinking I was the center of the universe.

Then I knew beyond the shadow of doubt, that I am a just a voice in a vast chorus.

But all in all...I consider today the best day of my life.
