Today my mom slipped and fell on wet pavement as we were on our way into the grocery store, so her back and left leg, ankle, and foot are sore now.
not severe, but if you would send lots of healing and prayers her way, it would be much appreciated.

Step 1: Put your finger-tips together, but without the palms of your hands touching,
(similar to the gasshou position for Reiki)
