Okay, so I listened to a WONDERFUL training by THG's founder, Annette Pelliccio (featured in the little vid on my care2 site) that she calls "Goal-Setting Plus." It's based on work by John Kalench. Now, normally I'm sick and tired of the word 'goal', having spent YEARS in the self-development industry.

Solstices really suck. They always do. And I forget that...until about a day or two before one, then hey...I remember. Or at least, I sink into a deep, dark empty place that seems to be no place at all. Everything seems stuck. On hold. Like someone is just riding that great big pause button in the sky. Things that seemed 'right' and energized are just...stuck.

Well, as you know if read my post "Something's Coming..." I am! Newly! And I've also just become an Independent Garden Consultant with The Happy Gardener, a company that offers lawn and garden products for earth-friendly people! This is a big professional leap for me!

In my previous post about our new house, I shared about how the one thing I didn't get that I asked for was an ocean view. I'm actually going to be four miles east of the ocean, on the river, instead, which is not anywhere I asked for. But I felt perhaps Spirit had a reason.

What the Equinox is Bringing...

Maybe you feel it. A HUGE wave of energy rushing toward the planet. Maybe, like me, you've been exhausted, weepy, achy, irritable, unfocused, depressed, and restless all at the same time, unable to summon up a desire for anything. And it's accelerated this past week, hasn't it?

I was asked for an update today on the energy that I talked about in Feeling Empty? I feel the same way that person does, that I'm about as empty as I can get, and where's that new that was supposed to pull up in my driveway?

So I'm tuning in, and I'm telling you what I'm getting, both intuitively and through the things happening to me in my own life.

The Gift of Malaise

I just took five days off. I didn't do anything. I didn't answer my email, answer the phone, or go anywhere. I simply didn't have the energy or motivation to do so. It's happened before during intense energy download times. But this time was different, in that I did not have the absolutely devastating depression that used to hit me during these times.
