Hello, I am aRA Miles, a "no name brand" part of the RA energy. My name is said "a-RA" to rhyme with hurrah.

I have posted and will continue to post channellings by the Voices here on the site. Just go to the Channeling link and scroll down till you see my name in the list of channelers.

I also do private sessions over the phone in which I merge with the energy field of others and go deeply into the Source within them to channel their own SourceSelf in all its wholeness. The sessions last about an hour and a half and are recorded on my computer then sent out in segments by email to the recipient. In addition I do a weekly show on Utopia Radio which airs at 6 PM California time and 9 PM New York time every Saturday. You might be judging yourself in comparison with others and this could make you feel less than secure about yourself today. Maybe your feelings are due to a tendency to notice the smaller things about yourself that do not match up to an unrealistic ideal. If you can keep in mind that picking and choosing qualities and characteristics of other people to weigh against yourself will never yield you a complete picture, you might find it easier to let go our your out of reach notions. As you look at others today, you may want to try and see them as beings that also struggle, experience problems and have their own imperfections and uncertainties. Seeing others in this way could help you to view yourself against a different norm – that of being human, and may make you feel better as a result.

Understanding that we are whole and complete just as we are will give us a healthier view of our lives. Each and every one of us has something we are not certain about life, appearance, or career –which is simply part of our experiences as humans. When we compare ourselves with others and feel badly, however, we are not really looking at every part of that person, for they more likely than not will also have similar shortcomings and insecurities. By realizing that we all have problems and that there is no such thing as a perfect person, it will be easier for you to accept and feel comfortable about yourself today.....

Funny aRA but all day yesterday my heart was telling me to join for last night. It was a burning need in my inner soul. At six pm in Perth I was relaxing watching tv with my man and felt extremely tired, my eyes closed and I saw a beautiful rainbow that I travelled on. I could feel you all there and was sending such love and light. I cannot wait for next Sunday... My Love Light & Peace to you dear sister of light xoxoxoxoxo
