Interests:
Healing, good music that speaks to the Soul, cooking and eating healthy food! Singing and playing piano. Gardening, doing readings for those seeking guidance, working w/ herbs and nutrition. Learning more and more about spirituality and metaphysics, etc. Studying Chinese Medicine and healing techniques. Going to a zoo or park to be w/ animals (watching the birds out in yard too). Doing Yoga or Tai Chi to keep my body as fit as my mind!!!

Creating:
I want to create a wellness center. It will offer massage, Acupuncture, and holistic skincare. Also classes on healthy habits and nutrition. Yoga, meditation, REIKI sessions, readings, Qi Gong healings, and whatever other healing modes present themselves to me!!! Possibly even Chiropractic and a Naturopathic MD. available for iridology and holistic healing. I want to be part of a like-minded community where wellness and healing are the goal. I would like to get young people involved in their wellness programs BEFORE bad living and habits allow DIS-EASE to set in. We need to reach out to the Indigos and the Crystals and give them guidance and encouragement and HONOR them for being here at this time FOR THE PLANETS WELFARE. This is what I focus on and SO IT IS!!! Namaste'

Awakening:
1992 after an auto accident. It was truly a life-changing experience. I got chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia from the accident and stress. Doctors told me I'd never get better. I've proved them wrong completely!!! Positive thinking and diet and lifestyle - no dis-ease since 1998!!! THAT WHICH WE FOCUS ON GROWS - might as well be wellness and wholeness!!! Healing starts from within!!!
